Fresh New England Cod crowned with shrimp and scallops
then baked under a blanket of velvety lobster saffron cream sauce
with a cracker crumb topping.

Filet of Beef Wellington
Prime tenderloin of beef seared, seasoned and covered with
a Portabello mushroom duxelles,
wrapped in pastry and baked to golden perfection.
Carved and served tableside with zesty Béarnaise.

Offerings include fresh seasonal vegetables and starch. Coffee and tea also included.
