“Tapas,” translates to small tastes. An assortment of Global flavors perks up your guests.
Mediterranean Olives, Marinated Mushrooms, Grilled Vegetables,
Artichokes, Spanish Caponata of Eggplant, influences of the Mideast
with hummus and tabbouleh, complimented by breads and crackers
for dipping and feasting. Cheese, fruits and vegetables complete the table display.

Fresh Pacific salmon baked with white wine,
lemon butter and a garnishing of tomato caper relish.

Supreme New York Prime Sirloin
A roast of aged prime sirloin of beef crusted with herbs and seasonings
and oven roasted for tender supremacy. Gently sliced and served with a
Portabello brown sauce and horseradish cream sauce.

Chicken Au Poivre
Tender breast of Statler Chicken roasted to succulent perfection
and finished in a rich Cognac cream sauce accented with shallots and green peppercorns.

Offerings include fresh seasonal vegetables and starch. Coffee and tea also included.
